Professor Tay is currently the Head and Senior Consultant, General Medicine II, Tan Tock Seng Hospital which is an acute tertiary admitting hospital. He has worked as a consultant in the department of general medicine for more than 10 years. In addition he has a special interest in vascular medicine. He is the current Chair of the Specialist Training Committee (Internal Medicine) and a Council member of the College of Physicians and the Academy of Medicine.

'Professor Rademaker completed his postgraduate training in dermatology at St Bartholomew's Hospital, London, and the Glasgow Royal Infirmary, Glasgow, after qualifying from Southampton University Medical School (United Kingdom). He worked as a consultant dermatologist for the Glasgow Area Health Board, before emigrating to New Zealand in 1991 as Director of Speciality Surgery, Health Waikato.
