Spotlight: Wax Moulage

Join us at the Physicians’ Gallery on the last Wednesday of every month at 12.30pm for a curator-led talk exploring one of the objects on display in our Gallery.

Our topic for this talk is the history of wax models of patients – especially for the study of skin diseases. We’ll look into who made the models, how they were used and what they can tell us about the sick and their doctors.

This 20 minute talk is free, but booking is essential. The meeting point is in the Gallery.
