Joins us for this half-day online course, which is open to anyone involved in health and social care – including clinicians, managers, educators, AHPs and support staff – to explore how simulation can transform everyday practice.
Across two focused sessions, our speakers will unpack what simulation really means in 2026, before showcasing how it can be used to enhance education, drive systems change and strengthen team relationships. You’ll hear concrete examples of simulation improving clinical learning, tackling real-world challenges such as waiting times and patient flow, and supporting cultures of psychological safety, curiosity and continuous improvement.
The day will culminate in a lively, interactive panel where contributors from diverse settings share short case studies of how they introduced simulation in their own context – from ‘beyond bystander’ scenarios to programmes supporting international medical graduates. There will be ample opportunity for Q&A, discussion and practical tips. Whether you are completely new to simulation or already experimenting with it, you will leave with fresh ideas, actionable strategies, and a clearer sense of how simulation can be adapted to your setting, to benefit your team, learners and patients.
