This virtual exhibition tour was developed to accompany the Physicians' Gallery exhibition titled Physicians' Flowers, which ran from July 2021 to 8 April 2022.
The exhibition contained rare hand-coloured books dating back to the 1500s to uncover the remarkable and strange ways in which plants were used for healing. From kidney disease to warding off witches, our exhibition delved into the history of plant medicine and folklore.
