The College would like to highlight that the arrangements in Scotland are currently suboptimal for testing for Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia (PCD) (mentioned on line 107, for example). The College proposes that the guideline recommendations might be used to support an argument for a more effective and joined up diagnostic and management service for PCD patients in Scotland.
