The draft standards for Diabetic Retinopathy Screening were available for download and comment from the Healthcare Improvement Scotland website. Healthcare Improvement Scotland requested views on the draft standards in respect of:
- any critical omissions
- unnecessary information or inclusions
- factual errors, and
- grammatical errors.
How to participate in the consultation process
Consultation feedback:
At the end of the consultation period, all comments received on the draft standards will be collated and the project group will respond to each of them. A summary of the responses to the consultation will be made available on the Healthcare Improvement Scotland website (www.healthcareimprovementscotland.org) and the final standards for Diabetic Retinopathy Screening will be published by April 2016.
