Join us at the Physicians’ Gallery on the last Wednesday of every month at 12.30pm for a curator-led talk exploring one of the objects on display in our Gallery.
Our topic for this talk is the history of leprosy. From leprosy-fakers to social stigma, and from the leper hospitals to unusual treatments like insects, excrement and creosote, we explore the history of this fascinating disease.
This 20 minute talk is free, but booking is required. The meeting point is in the Gallery.
