William Frederick Hutcheson Ramsay

William Frederick Hutcheson Ramsay trained in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Paris and Berlin, obtaining his MD from Glasgow in 1848. He became a Fellow of the College in 1859 and a Member of the Royal College of Physicians of London the same year. Ramsay worked as a physician at the Scott Hospital and contributed to journals including the Medical and Chirurgical Review, the Edinburgh Journal of Medical Science and the Dublin Quarterly Journal of Medical Science. He died in London in 1892.
