Walter Alfred Satchell

Fellow

Walter Alfred Satchell received his medical training at St Mary's and Charing Cross Hospitals, London. He became a Licentiate of the College in 1873 and was elected a Fellow in 1876. He worked as Clinical Assistant at the Hospital for Sick Children, Great Ormond Street, and as Surgeon to the London, Brighton and South Coast Railway Provident Society. A frequent contributor to The Lancet, he was also a Fellow of the Obstetrical Society of London.
