Thomas Gray

Thomas Gray was born in 1775 in Edinburgh. He studied medicine in the University of Aberdeen and graduated on 7 April 1800. He was admitted a Licentiate of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh on 22 December 1808 and became a Fellow of the College the same year. He was an army surgeon in the 10th Regiment of Foot. He died on 6 October 1812 in Aranjuez, Spain. At the time of his death he was deputy inspector of hospitals.
