Thomas Ernest Gee trained at Charing Cross Hospital, London, becoming a Licentiate of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and a Licentiate of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh in 1882. An anaesthetist, he spent the latter part of his career at the Hospital for Epilepsy and Paralysis, Regent's Park. He died in London in 1902 aged forty-eight.
