Theodore Charles Mackenzie graduated MB from the University of Edinburgh in 1899 and was elected a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh in 1907. He worked in both Edinburgh and Aberdeen, holding posts as Senior Assistant Physician at the Aberdeen Royal Asylum and Assistant Physician at the Royal Edinburgh Asylum.
