Sorab Kaikhashru Engineer registered to practise in Bombay in 1905 and was elected a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh in 1920. He served as a Temporary Lieutenant in the Indian Medical Service, as Professor of Pharmacology and Materia Medica at Grant Medical College, and as Physician at Sir JJ Hospital, in Bombay, now Mumbai . His publications include 'Aortic Aneurysm - Recovery' (1925).
