Robert Cooper Parke

Robert Cooper Parke trained at Queen's College Belfast and became a Licentiate of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh in 1868, a Member in 1876, and a Fellow in 1883. He spent his career in Newtownards, County Down, serving as Medical Officer to the local workhouse, Consulting Medical Officer of Health to the Poor Law Union, and Coroner for the North Division of County Down. He died in 1912 after a prolonged illness.
