Robert Bowman

Robert Bowman obtained his MD from Edinburgh in 1852 after studying at University College London from 1848 to 1850. He specialised in midwifery and studied and worked throughout continental Europe. While in Paris he was elected President of the Parisian Medical Society. He became a Fellow of the College in 1860.
