Date of Fellowship admission: 20 July 1920

Patrick Steele studied medicine at the University of Edinburgh, graduating MB ChB in 1904 and MD in 1908. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh in 1920. He served as Medical Superintendent of Roxburgh District Asylum and as Assistant Medical Officer at the Dundee and Edinburgh District Asylums. During the First World War he was Officer in Charge of Crookston War Hospital, Glasgow. His publication includes 'Adrenalin Chloride in the Treatment of Serious Effusions' (1905).
