John Beevor

John Beevor received his medical degree from the University of St Andrews on 3 August 1841. He acted as physician to the Newark Hospital and Dispensary, Nottinghamshire, and was admitted as a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1840. Beevor practised in partnership with James Irving in Newark-on-Trent until the partnership was dissolved on 25 May 1865. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh on 6 February 1844.
