Henry Macdonald Church

Henry Macdonald Church was born in Edinburgh and trained at the University of Edinburgh, earning his BSc in 1871, MB CM in 1872, and MD in 1874. He spent his career in Edinburgh, including service as Resident Surgeon and Resident Physician at the Royal Infirmary, and later as Demonstrator of Anatomy at the University. He was a Member of the Medico-Chirurgical Society of Edinburgh, the Obstetric Society of Edinburgh, and the Royal Medical Society of Edinburgh, serving as President of the latter. He published several works, including 'The Risks of Pregnancy and Lactation Overlapping' (1903). Church died in 1915.
