Henry Hardie

Henry Hardie studied medicine at the University of Edinburgh. He received his MD on 12 September 1809, his dissertation entitled 'De diarrhoea'. He was admitted a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh in 1811. Hardie was a physician at the Manchester Royal Infirmary from 1816 to 1826 and is believed to have treated some of the injured at Peterloo.
