George Drysdale

George Drysdale was born in 1781. He became a surgeon in the Royal Navy on 6 December 1810. He was placed on half pay in 1815, after which he obtained his MD from the University of St Andrews on 1 June 1815. Drysdale was admitted a Licentiate of the College on 15 July 1815 and a Fellow on 7 November 1815. He practised in South Kensington, London, until his retirement in 1838. He died in Brighton on 20 December 1848.
