George Altham

Date of Fellowship admission: 26/August/1858
George Altham received his MD in Paris in 1842. He worked as house surgeon and house physician at the Civil Hospital, Paris, and later became Honorary Physician to the Preston Dispensary. He was admitted as a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1858 and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh in the same year.
