Edward Waters

Edward Waters received his medical degree from the University of Edinburgh on 1 August 1847 and served as physician to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh. He published on fever and gunshot wounds, was active in medical reform and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh on 1 August 1848. Waters chaired the Medical Reform Committee in 1870 and died in November 1890.
