David Halliday Croom

David Halliday Croom was born in 1877, the only son of Sir John Halliday Croom. He obtained the Licentiate of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh in 1891 and was elected a Fellow in 1910. He worked as Assistant Physician at Leith Hospital, Surgeon at the Edinburgh Royal Maternity Hospital, and Resident Physician at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh. His publications include 'Tricuspid Stenosis' (1905) and 'Use of Formic Acid in Diphtheria' (1906). He died in 1959.
