Clouston Memorial Trust Award

This award is open to medical students and foundation doctors (FY1 and FY2)

The Clouston Memorial Trust Award is to promote interest and research in relation to psychiatric work in any of its aspects. The prize is £150 and is a bi-annual prize for an essay related to psychiatric work.

Eligibility

To qualify applicants must be a current medical student at a recognised university, or in their first two years of work post-university (FY1 or FY2 doctor or equivalent).

Be willing to have their essay published on the College website.

Application and selection process

Applicants will be asked to complete a 1000 word essay (max) of their own work on any topic relating to psychiatric work.

The prize-winners will be the people who inspire the panel and they feel most benefited from researching their essay. Please email your essay to standards@rcpe.ac.uk by 31 May 2019.
