In case of this pat have I think a distinct markd inst of Leucor.orh.

At least if can at all rely upon acct given us.

For prin part of disease disch of White mattr by Vagina

And For not only her own assert for its not being vener. but also many other concurring circum.

Partic its connext with menst disch.

The absence of ardor urinae

The length of time for which has contin.

The cause from which origin

And finally other sympt with which attended, loss of strength & appet, palp. faintings &e.

From all these taken togeth pretty cert diagnos.

And from this view of it, may also add that shall find it an obst. aff.

In such cases as pres have cheif to hope for recov. by restor uterin vessels to prop. state.

And this chiefly to be expected from tonics or astring as Perv Bark or Alum.

To some one or both of these therefore may soon have recourse.

But no less necess. to do somethin with view of obv. sympt.

And is chiefly with this intent that have had recourse to only med yet directed.

A stomach mixt viz consists of aromat & bitter tinct.

But reserve farther obs. till again speak of case.
