    No 15. Mary McKay At 16.

    Disease of this pat. consist almos entirly of one sympt.

    A pain viz of head & confind very much to right side.

    Is at least pretty nearly under form of what auth have stild Haemicr.

    But this as well some other minute distinct am inclind to think rather improp.

    And would [compreh] whole under more gener appelat of Cephalea.

    To that genus then consider pres case as belong.

    But must be admit that Cephal from very diff causes.

    And that accord to these cure not a little varied.

    Among others a very freq cause is a Rheum affect in [integ] of head.

    And this am inclind to think oper in pres. inst

    At least seems to me much in fav of that suppos. that pain so consid aggrav in bed in night.

    Though at same time that may be conseq of horiz. post.

    Is however on idea of Rheum headach that have here had recor to Hyosciam

    An artic which in many form inst [of] this kind have I think empl with great benef.

    But of practice here reserve obs. till again speak of case.
