    In case of this patient have ordin sympt of Catarrh in chron state.

    And although susp. of hurt from a fall, yet am inclind to consid it as very pure & uncompl inst of Catarh.

    As occuring in patient, not at adv. period of life, & as not of long contin am in hopes may have fav term.

    Or at least see no reason to appreh. great danger.

    And even notwith unfav period of year, have yet hopes that in no long time mitig of affect may be prod.

    Have here you will observe in first place empl. Emet to unload breast.

    And have since had recourse to squill pills & issue, as means of prom expect & prod determ [elsewhere]
