    This also anoth distinct markd inst of Epilep.

    And so simil to one just [heard] of, that hardly necess. to say alm any thing with resp. to it.

    In this case however, app. upon whole much more fav.

    And have I own greater hopes of cure.

    At same time, ultim failure of such would by no means be great disap.

    Nor would it even surp. to find, other case, which have pron much more unfav succeeding, although this [should] fail.

    For in this disease grounds of prognos in many respects uncert

    Here also as in former inst am attempt cure by means of Cup Am.

    And now takes it to extent of five pills or two gr & half in day.

    During use also circum hitherto a least fav.

    For only fits which has had, since begun use, a very slight one.

    And intervals consid longer than formely.

    This then suff inducement to persist in empl.

    And whether in end shall be ultim success or not, have yet I am inclind to think, both in this, & in preceeding case, examples of influ of Cup. Ammon as giving tempor mitig of affect.
