    But from this circum, as well as from long contin may inferr obst.

    At same time see no evid that any local affect has taken place in alim canal.

    Neithr fixd pain nor hectic fever.

    Am in hopes therefore that may at least soon be able if not to remove at least to allev compl.

    And that too, by dimin sensib & strength tone of intest.

    But after so long contin may even be some doubt, to to prop of compl. cure.
