    In case of this patient have a collect of affect almost solely referrd to intest canal.

    And at least some presumt that may arise from worms.

    Of this however by no means cert.

    And is chiefly with view to diagnos. that have had recourse to mixt of Sem. [illegible] & Rhubarb.

    If from this, any worms disch, may conclude that these cause of sympt.

    And shall accord to circum have recourse to diff anthelm.

    But if Ascarid, which formerly disch, shall prob. empl. lime water or some other artic cap of killing, them under form of inject.

    For in this way, in my opin very gener. at least most effect expelld.

    If no worms disch, & reason to concl. that none pres. which I own, am rather inclind to believe, shall treat case as affect of alim canal.

    And after prev evac. shall endeav. to strengthen tone by some of stom bitter.
