    In case of this patient see an evid cause of disease.

    Disch viz of consid number of ascarides from rectum.

    Can be no doubt that to this many of sympt to be attrib.

    And even not improb that may be cause of all of them

    Of exist of [thus] a distress. itchy sensat. at anus a very comm. nay almost const. sympt.

    And may as readily conceive pecul pain of which compl. to proceed from this as from any other cause

    Headach well known to proceed from great variety of causes.

    Among others freq conseq of [impress] made upon stom & intest

    And when consider that in this case pains from infer part of intest canal shoot up even to stom. not improb that impress from worms may even be cause of headach.

    Thus then on remov of ascarid. reason to expect remov of all sympt.

    And is with this intent that have had recourse to inject of lime water.

    Which of all artic have empl in own pract am inclind to consider as best.

    With this have comb. use of aromat mixture as means of counteract pain in intest.

    But of pract reserve obs. to a future occas.
