In my opin anoth ex of Hyster. But in many respects a diff. mod of the disease. Still however without prop. Hys. f. And app. mearly under form of what may I think be calld Hyst. Sym If in former something analog to Clav. Hyst. in this have [what] accord to descript of patient an example ofClav. Glob. Hyster. A mark by many consid as an infallib pathogn of the disease. This opin indeed I am not disp to adopt. Yet will not I dare say be denied by any one that is at least what may be calld leading sympt. In pres inst sympt even more distress than in former. Partic if take into consid state of mind which here occurs. Yet grounds in my opin to look for more fav conclus. Espec. from consid that disease but of short durat & has hitherto resisted use of [few] remedy Here also with a [illegible] to wind have had recourse to Assafoetid.
