Of case of this patient not altog decided in opin. But consid prin part of it the viol pain of back as being a muscul affect. And as origin from severe exert with stooping. To this am inclind to referr other sympt to which is subj And partic both affections of urine & stomach ailm. Hope therfore than on remov of pain all other sympt will soon cease And on idea suggested, have directed friction with Anodyne Balsam But at same time state of urine seemd also to require some attent. And is with view to this that have directed the Cream of Tart as a gentle diuret. Am in hopes that from these consid relief may soon be obt. If this however shall not be the case, must have recourse to other pract accord to idea which may then entert of nature of affect. And partic may perhaps treat pain as Rheumatic & affect of alim canal, as Dyspep. But of this must afterwards judge by circum. And am in hopes that neither will be necess.
