    Case of this patient in many respects doubtful.

    And must own cannot form any decided opin respect it.

    In swellings & condit of urine some indic of drop. affect.

    And not improb. that will term in this.

    At same time not distinct mark

    And with anom app. as [illegible] sensat.

    Not improb. even that preg.

    For a married woman, & without menses for three months.

    Shall therfore prob do but little till can form more dist idea of case

    Have therfore as means of obv. some sympt. had recourse to Spt. Vitriol diff in Mucil. Mix

    This may have some influ as quenching thirst & encr. urin & thus dimin ardor.

    And hope also in restr. vomt.

    If disapp. may try other artic with same intent.

    Such for ex as Crem of Tart.

    But in choice directed by circum at time

    And for radic cure, cannot prop any plan, till more decid judgm as to nature of disease
