    No21 Alexr Burn at 60.

    Of case of this patient at loss to form any decided opin.

    Evid however prin an affect of alim canal.

    And from sense of globus rising from infer. part to stom, have, though pat a male, & far adv in life, some app. of cheif charact of Hyster.

    And some with whom glob. hyster, consid as pathogn.

    Am however for my own part of very diff. opin.

    And as many inst of Hyster. where this entirely wanting, so in not a few cases glob. pres. where no Hyster.

    This I consider as being case in pres. inst.

    And disposed to view affect as one of num forms under which Dysp may app.

    Yet must be allowed that with pecul circum.

    Such for ex. as hunger.

    But of these dare hardly venture to say any thing, till know something more resp. them.

    And can hardly therfore offer any conject as to prognos.

    But after contin for five years can hardly expect speedy remov.

    Yet more chance that has of late of itself suff. dimin.

    Have at pres. put pat. on Stomach Pil. Aloe Rhum Ol. Men

    But if nothing to alter sentim trial of Caust. Alk. Lixiv.
