    A distress. examp. of Ischur. or rather perhaps Dysuria.

    And prob. depend on an affect of Kidney.- Ischuria Renalis.

    From hist may inferr that morb. condit of this organ conseq of injur

    Hence little reason to expect speedy cure.

    For organ very much out of [reach]

    May however do something with view at least to allev.

    And although cannot remove disch of kidney may yet encr. disch of urine.

    With this view recourse to Vin Nicot.

    A remedy of which in this compl for my own part no exper.

    But empl as diuret in other dis. with advant. Highly celebr by Dr [Fonta] [Heron] [illegible ] [illegible ]
