    A distinct markd case of Epilep

    Nothing uncomm either in preced or conseq. sympt.

    Nor in prog. of disease since first comm.

    When however consider grad encr of sever for three years may pron it an obstin affect.

    Espec. as very consid variety of remed already empl. in vain.

    And that too as informd under direct of able pract.

    Here then very faint hopes of recov.

    Espe as disease has already unden impaird state of ment. facul.

    For this gener. marks irrecov. cases.

    From these circum however not altog. led to desp. of cure.

    For certain that recov. at one time from med empl. in vain on [form] [occas]

    A circum encourag. to repeated trial.

    Here have put patient on Cupr. Amm.

    A remed. which in some epilep cases have empl. with great adv.

    Cannot indeed repres. it, as gener. or even freq. success.

    For greater part of cases incurab by any remed.

    But in some under use [complet] [recv]

    And little doubt in attrib to [remdy]

    Here therfore full & fair trial

    Grad encr. dose till compl. recov while born with ease

    If ineffect conj with Zinc.

    Or trial of Zinc by itself in [first] [inst]
