    Affect somewhat of complic nature

And diff. to say whether diff parts any connect or not.

Chief are pector compl. & affect of arm.

In first some sympt giving susp of Phthis.

Am however inclind to think that rather catarhal.

While look upon affect of arm as chiefly of rheum kind.

Not however without some tend to paralysis.

And with this view, besides Ungt Terebinth, have thoughts of Electricity

But in treatm as well as in judge. of event, must be determind by farther knowl of disease from obs. progr.
