    Most distress. compl. under form of catarrhal affect.

    But also some sympt of incip anasarca.

    Neither however in such state as to give much alarm.

    And in hopes that by prop [assist] may in no long time gett better of his affect.

    Must however be allowed that season of year against him.

    And might at least exp. more exped cure in warmer weather.

    With view to prom disch by [stool] & urine have directed Cream of Tart with Jallap.

    With these prop to conj. [vomits]

    From which hope for allev if [not] remov of affection.
