    And as soon as from these have evid of any consid effect will conj them with Peruv. Bark & Chalyb.

    This pract have often had recourse to in simil inst with best effect.

    And hope that may succeed in pres.

    But if fails future pract. must be accom to circum in which shall then find patient.
