    No30 In case of Ann Hay a womn in 47th year, have a great diver. of sympt.

    And with regard to her disease must acknowl am not without diff.

    At pres. inclind to suppose that most of her sympt of Hyster. kind.

    But before form any decis opin wish to see something more of case.

    And till then, pract cheifly directed, to obv. partic sympt.

    As a means of obv. diff in pass urine & of [counter] costiv have had recourse to comp. powd of Crem of Tart.

    And accord to idea which shall form of case or sympt which shall be most urg. future pract will be directed.
