    William Walker

    (1785-1786)

    No27. Wm Walker. at 35.

In case of this patient many of those sympt. which the comm attend of Phthis.

And although would not pronoun. affect as decid such yet at least very strong presumpt of it.

While at same time also I think reason to look upon it as being of tuberc. kind.

And with this idea of disease need hardly add that consider danger of pat. as being very great

Indeed if not mistaken in conject prob. that in no long time will prove fatal.

And that too notwith every [endev] that can empl for recov

Patient howevr in such a situat that besides mere obv. sympt. meas. may at least be tried with view to rad cure.

And after pres. a vomit have you will obs. put this patient as well as some formr ones on use of G. Myrr

Will afford at least anoth opport of obs. effects.

But I own, that cure by means of it in this case, is more than expect.

Here have thoughts of conjoining with it anoth pract.

A drain viz. under form of issue from paind part of breast

And if no othr effect may at least allev. pain & cough.

But as already obs. neither from this nor any othr med have I here much expectat
