    William Oswald

    (1785-1786)

    19. In case of Wm Oswald, an example of Cephal, somewhat diff from any of those already taken notice of.

And here I am inclind to consider pain, as very much depen, on state of circulat, partic balance between intern & exter. parts of head.

This at least [rend] highly prob. from manif connex which has had with Tinea capit, & suppurat in diff parts of head.

And this connex. manif suggests prop of attempt cure by drain from neighb. of head.

And with this view, to use of Valer. already directed for him, mean to superadd, in issue in neck or back part of head.
