    New Cases. Decr. 3d 1785

    Since last lect. Three new cases inserted into regist.

    14th. In case of Betty Lindsay a married woman in 29th year an examp. of a Rheum affect.

    And that I think distinct markd in state of irritab.

    This I am attempt to comb. by extr of Hyosciam.

    An artic which while possess. in sever respects the sedative powers of opium, have often in such cases found prod of consid adv.

    Partic as allaying at least for a time the pecul sensib on which pains dep.

    But to secure advant. shall prob subj to it use of Peruv. Bark.

    And hope with effect of allev if not remov compl of patient.
