    Though in some respects to app. of leprous kind yet in progr at least little corresp with that affec

    Some ground for presum I think that more from condit of common mass of fluids than from state of cutan vessels or sebac glands of skin.

    Of this howevr shall afterwards state sentim at greatr length.

    At pres suff. to obs. that am attempt. remov. by encreasing cutic disch.

    And for this purpose have put patient on a course of Crude Antim

    For which in such inst. have often I think seen best effects
