    Mary Sprent

    Novr 26th

    Since our last lect. [these] new cases inserted in Register.

    11 In that of Mary Sprent a girl in 19th year of age, have the comm sympt. arising from want of regl menstr. disch.

    And that evac has with her now been stopt of six months.

    These sympt however though now encreased had preceded obst for a consid time.

    Hence doubtful how far Ammenorrhoea here idiopath.

    But of this afterwards speak at more length.

    Here suff. to observ. that restor of menst disch unquest of conseq.

    Am accord attempt restorat by use of Rubia Tinctor or Maddr

    A remedy to which although has often faild in my hands am I own disp to give farther trial.

    And if this fails have thoughs of trying Tinct of Cantharid with with Aromat & Chalyb.
