Margt Runciman at 2 Her forehead is covered all over with an entire scab resembling much the confluent small pox. By this affection she appears to be much disturbd in her temper. When she was first seized her face was entirely covered with an uniform scab. but this entirely disappeard & her face was clear & free from all blotches for the space of four or five days. After this however her forehead broke out & has remaind in this situation ever since. About two months ago, this complaint appeard & two months before this period, she was ill of the small pox. No cause can be assignd for this affection & she has used no medicines. Hab. Ungt Saturn. ℥ I illin p. aff. nec non Rx Antim crud ppt. grX Pulv. Gly [upr] JiMcap. dos bis indies Decr 11 Has used the ointment & powders as directed & the affection of her face is now almost entirely gone in other respects she is in good health excepting that there is a slight swelling in the sub. maxillary glands. Interm. Ungt Saturn. Cont Antim ppt. u. a. & Hab. Ol. Camph ℥i. illin paux p. ap. affectis 18th Swelling diminishd since the friction with the Camphorated oil & the affection of her face is almost entirely gone Contin. Antimon. ppt. u. a. 25. Face almost entirely free from the eruption. Interm. Med. Jan 8. Eruption entirely gone. Let her be dismissd.
