Case consists of but few sympts Almost sole affect severe headach And that so limited to partic side that might with prop. obt. name of Hemicrania But without giving names to partic modif.butwould consid it, merely under title of Cephal, still of more conseq to determ nature. And here three suppos. might be entert. Whether viz a nervous headach, whether conseq of affect of stomach, or whether of Rheum kind. When treatment first begun inclind rather to former of these suppos. And by this lead to employm of Valer & of Opium Finding however that with these constip induced, was necess to keep belly gently open. With this intent. had recourse to Elix of Aloes & Rhub. or Sacr. elix as comm called. To this espec. led as from use expected also benef as stomach. For of numer. tribe of stomach few upon whole prod of greater advant But neither from this, was intent answered, nor from other med, was headach allev. While therefore with view of open belly, had recourse to aloet pills, on suppos of rheum affect, empl. against headach blister & issue And to these in no long time, affect yeilded so that at last dismissd free fromaffectcomplaint
