    Case which immed follows in regist that viz of Janet Blair do not reckon it necess. to read.

    For could hardly be consid as having ever been subj of pract here

    For after first prescrip has nevr given any farther attend here.

    May only remark that though case prin disting by distress vomiting yet app. to me to be chiefly of hystr kind.

    This indic by headach, dysp. & globus hyster.

    Before however directing any pract with a view to cure of hyster, seemd first necess seemd first necess. to allay vomiting.

    And with this intent had recourse to Laud.

    To this the rather led as had before empl. it in simil circum with great advant.

    But since this med prescr. as already obs. have seen nothing of her

    Hence unnecss. to say any thing farther with regard to her.
