    Betty Mill.

    Had no opportunity of seeing any of fits to which this patient subj.

    But from descript given us app. to be very distinctly markd inst of Chorea.

    And hardly perhaps singul in any partic, except regul with which fits, attackd her.

    Began treatm by trial of Cup. Am

    But from youth of patient as well as some affect of stom necess to begin with very small dose

    Accord. in place of Pil [Caerul] directed in form of powder each cont only ΒΌ gr.

    But even to this extent excited both sickness & severe vomiting.

    Could not therefore expect any good effect of compl.

    And accordingly after contin for a week was as viol as before.

    To this therfore substit Cal of Zinc

    And that might have best chance of sitting easily on stomach empl it in form of pills.

    From time that began use, fits we were informd entirely ceased

    And accord at 2d report free from them for near eight days.

    In this situat. to secure advan obt. directed contin

    But since that have heard nothin farthr of patient.

    Am however inclind to hope [that] this has proceeded from having no [farther] occas for assist.
